Delivery of uniformed items manufactured on the basis of Military Technical and Technological Documentation (WDTT) and Technical and Utility Requirements (WT-U) and in accordance with current patterns of items in force in the Ministry of National Defense. The Contractor shall deliver the subjects of the order manufactured on the basis of WDTT and WT-U and current designs confirmed by the Military Research and Implementation Center of the Uniformed Service in Łódź 90-613, 89 Gdańska Street (WOBW SM) for serial production. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract are set out in WDTT, WT-U and procurement documents, in particular in the description of the subject of the contract – OPZ, constituting Annexes No. 2a to 2h to the Terms of Contract (SWZ).

The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) and (8) of the Act of 11 September 2019 "Public Procurement Law" (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Act.
