I. Policyholder / Insured:

2. TAURON Ciepło Sp. z o. o

3. Nowe Jaworzno Grupa TAURON Sp. z o. o

Whenever the Insured is referred to, it shall be understood as the Insured and vice versa.

II. Types of insurance:

1. property insurance against all risks (AR),

2. profit loss insurance due to random events (BI),

3. insurance of machines and devices against damage (MB),

4. insurance of the risk of loss of profit as a result of damage to machines and devices (MLOP).
