As part of the upgrade of its videoconferencing infrastructures, ANDRA wishes to develop the solutions in place on its various sites. This project is part of a more global project to modernize ANDRA's collaboration tools as well as the migration and implementation of the Microsoft Teams solution. The main objectives of this project are:
- sustainability of recent videoconferencing infrastructures in place;
- replacement of equipment at the end of its life;
- modernization of existing meeting rooms;
- implementation of new videoconference rooms;
- maintaining the entire videoconferencing fleet in operational conditions.
All the rooms must allow:
- broadcasting of video content;
- conducting videoconferencing via the existing videoconferencing solution or Teams;
- broadcasting and sound recording during videoconferences;
- document sharing via a wireless solution.
The scope includes:
- supply of hardware, software, licenses (except Office 365) and connectors;
- associated integration services (project management; carrying out of execution studies; configuration of all equipment; implementation; carrying out all tests and acceptance; training; documentation);
- Maintenance in operational conditions (MCO) of the entire solution.
This project should lead to a forecast increase in the number of videoconferencing rooms, from 24 rooms (17 Polycom rooms + seven new MTR rooms) to 36 rooms. The framework agreement is for a period of two firm years and two optional years.
