Haugaland Interkommunale Miljøverk IKS (henceforth referred to as HIM) invites tenderers to an open tender contest regarding the absorption, dewatering and transport of sludge in all of HIM's five owner municipalities (Bokn, Etne, Haugesund, Tysvær and Vindafjord). The vast majority of the facilities are private interceptors for sludge or sealed tanks. However, the assignment also includes mini treatment plants and municipal interceptors for sludge which HIM are emptying. See annex for a further description.
