The primary and community school in Pönitz will be expanded by a new building with approx. 1,800 sqm GFA.

The three-storey new building will be built in solid construction (Stb /MW). The scope of the course is roughly summarized below:

- Aluminum PR facades: 2 pcs

- Aluminum tubular frame doors outside: 11 pcs

- Aluminum tubular frame doors inside: 31 pcs

- Aluminium windows inside: 11 pcs

- Aluminium windows outside: 1 pc

- Other: Top door closers, hold-open systems, ceiling smoke detectors, hand releases, push knob sets, handle bars, doorstoppers floor/wall

- Sheet metal cladding opening reveals/lintel: approx. 868 m

- Insulation and sheet metal cladding: approx. 63 sqm
