1. The subject of the contract is the execution, delivery to the Ordering Party's registered office and transfer to the Ordering Party of the ownership of calendars for 2024, hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the Agreement".

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract can be found in the draft contract constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.
