Operation, maintenance and servicing of central heating and hot water systems in 7 638 apartments and 213 commercial units with approx. 546,000 m2 of connected residential and usable space of the AG, mainly in the middle of Berlin.

The services relate to the heating stations and associated parts of the system, as well as the heating network and radiators down to the rental units.

The service continues to include fuel oil procurement and delivery (fuel oil requirement approx. 900 hl).

The service share of maintenance (e.g. repairs to boilers, pumps, fittings, radiators, etc.) only applies to services up to a gross amount of EUR 3,500 per individual case. The AG generally has additional individual measures carried out after a corresponding additional invitation to tender.
