The purpose of this tender is to conclude one (1) Framework Agreement with one (1) Tenderer for the provision of broker services for the hiring of external professionals from job scale 10.

Central to this is the realization of a good cooperation, coupled with a high-quality commitment and high-quality legal contracts (with the provision of solicited and unsolicited advice). The Contracting Authority wishes to be completely unburdened in meeting the need for hiring higher educated professionals.

During a maximum contract period of 4 (four) years, the expected size of the assignment is approximately € 8,000,000,-. The maximum value of the framework agreement is €10,000,000,-.
