This contest is for services for development planning work for areas in the municipality that will mainly be facilitated for housing, leisure development, recreational areas, public services, general public purposes, roads, and industry/business areas. 

The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement for the provision of consultancy services for the preparation of development plans, with all the reviews that can arise through this type of work.

The consultant chosen after the contest will have the following assignments (but not limited to):

1- Obtaining information for each assignment. The planning consultant will also be responsible for the review that are required for the planning.

2- Close cooperation/communication with Hitra Municipality, particularly in the main stage for both the planning initiative, start-up. meeting, and planning start-up.

3- Planning map in both SOSI and PDF format.

4- ROS analysis (risk and vulnerability analysis).

5- Project description.

6- Planning provisions.

7- Assistance with the preparation of the municipal plan for land use: This can be, for example, checking review needs that are not mentioned in the land use part of the municipal plan.

8- Checking the time aspect for each assignment.

The consultant/tenderer can use sub-supplier(s). The annex 'commitment statement' is required here.
