The competition is for a contract for the delivery of a case management and archiving system in accordance with Noark5. This involves systems for data capture, case management, work process support, digital dispatch and signing, access to national joint components, record-keeping and archiving. The system must ensure the record-keeping requirement for professional systems through integrations.
There is a strong focus on efficient work processes at the Contracting Authority, and Noark5 case management and archiving systems must support this. The system must be closely integrated with administrative trade systems (e.g., HR/Finance), amongst other things, to reduce double registrations and unnecessary work processes, and with relevant trade systems in order to ensure data acquisition, standardised filing and standardised extractions for transfer to the depot.
The system including integrations shall be in full operation by 1.4.2020. In the testing environment, the system must be completed and ready for the implementation of integration work with trade systems 3 months before commissioning, at the latest. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to decide when the different components of the offered system shall be in operation. The implementation and use shall be agreed with the new supplier.
