Trondheim municipality and Malvik municipality, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, invite tenderers to give tenders for required dental treatment service for newly settled refuges. The treatment starts the calendar year they turn 21. Only Malvik municipality is including the required dental treatment for social assistance recipients from the calendar year they turn 21 is also included

The service that is to be offered to refugees is a mapping appointment with subsequent cost estimates for required conservation or curative dental treatment, not cosmetic dental treatment.

The tariffs to be used in connection with this service shall be Trøndelag County's current tariffs and only the most inexpensive alternative treatment will be covered.
