1. The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of waste from the areas of residential properties located in the Gołdap Commune.

1 PART OF REPORT, will include the collection of municipal waste from the site of real estate inhabited in the city of Gołdap

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 2 to the SWZ and Annex 3.1 to the SWZ constituting a list of the number of waste collection points from the city.

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of limiting the scope of the contract and indicates that the minimum amount of performance of the parties, which will be commissioned to the Contractor on the basis of the concluded contract, will be not less than 70% of the estimated amount of waste forecast for collection and transport, where the planned amount of this waste over the entire term of the contract is estimated at 7,210.48 Mg.

2 PART OF REPORT, will include the collection of municipal waste from the property of inhabited from the rural area of the Municipality of Gołdap

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 3 to the SWZ and Annex 3.2 to the SWZ, respectively, concerning the division of the rural area of the commune into sectors and the list of the number of waste collection points from the rural area of the commune.

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of limiting the scope of the contract and indicates that the minimum amount of performance of the parties, which will be commissioned to the Contractor on the basis of the concluded contract, will be not less than 70% of the estimated amount of waste forecast for collection and transport, where the planned amount of this waste over the entire term of the contract is estimated at 2,205.20 Mg.
