The Norwegian Language Council would like to enter into a framework agreement with an advisory and development partner in the area of internet and digital solutions for a period of 2+1+1 years. The contract will include, but not be limited to, consultancy, project management, design, development, management, and operation of the new språkrådet.no.

For the assignment, a framework agreement (Framework agreement governing the purchase of goods and services within ICT and consultancy services) is planned with a total supplier. The contracts that will be used in connection with SSA-R are SSA-B, SSA-O, and SSA-V (the maintenance contract will have a duration of 3+1+1+1 year). Further details are in 1.5 below.

The estimated contract value is uncertain, and will depend on the chosen level for operation and maintenance and on the entity's plans and budgets for further development after the establishment phase. The total volume will comprise an initial establishment project, operation, ongoing assistance with management, and any further developments. The total value for the contract period, including options, is therefore difficult to determine, but is estimated to a maximum total of NOK 6.0 million. The scope of the establishment project new språkrakdet.no (SSA-O) is estimated to be NOK 1.5 million. The contracting authority emphasises that the figures are very uncertain and are not binding from the contracting authority's side.
