A new 4-storey building and a double sports hall are currently being built for the St. Georg primary and secondary school. Furthermore, a caretaker's apartment with garages and a covered bicycle parking space will also be realized on the part of the building construction.

In the area of open spaces, the construction project in the upcoming third construction phase, LOT 3, includes the conversion of an existing bus stop bay in Sonnenstraße, as well as the renovation of the property access road in an existing location. These, as well as adjacent sidewalks, were built during the

construction plant damaged and must be restored

- approx. 155 m2 of concrete paving stones deliver and lay in the pavement, D 8cm

- supply and install approx. 73 m of granite curb edging,

- Deliver and install approx. 18 m concrete curb for stops

- approx. 81 m make edging from borders/low curbs

- approx. 82 pcs. guidance system for the blind, tactile guidance system, consisting of ribbed and studded plate

- approx. 102 m2 concrete slab of the bus stop bay
