GHA intends to enter into a contract for the design and construction of new build housing for affordable housing on three brown field sites located in the North area of Glasgow. The developments include a mix of 2 and 3 storey properties comprising houses and flats.

GHA proposes to procure contracts for the new build comprising of the following lots: lot 1: Sighthill 141units, Lot 2: Barmulloch 157 units. Lot 3: Rosemount 100 units.
