The subject of the Order is:

Part I: Cleaning service of rooms in the KRUS Head Office building at Al. Niepodległości 190 in Warsaw and rooms rented in the building at 17 Rejtana Street in Warsaw.

Part II: Service of cleaning rooms in the building and external areas of the KRUS Head Office at 58 Okrzei Street in Żyrardów.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Chapter II – Annex 1 to the Draft provisions of the contract.

The requirements for employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons referred to in Article 95(1) of the PPL, performing the activities indicated by the Contracting Authority in the scope of contract performance, are specified in the draft provisions of the contract – Chapter II SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services for rooms in the KRUS Head Office building at Al. Niepodległości 190 in Warsaw and rooms rented in the buildings of 17 Rejtana Street in Warsaw. Data on the building at al. Niepodległości 190: The total area of the building intended for cleaning is 3,225.76 m2, Data of office rooms in the building at 17 Rejtana Street in Warsaw: The area of the building with balconies intended for cleaning is 1313.06 m2

The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services for the area and the facility of the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund at 58 Okrzei Street in Żyrardów. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Chapter II – Annex 1 to the Draft provisions of the contract.

List of areas to be cleaned: Total cleaning rooms – 1557.70 m2, total outdoor areas – 2115.20 m2, roofs – 650.00 m2.
