1. The subject of the order is the purchase of technical support for the AI system PENSIONER.

2. Within the scope of the contract referred to in point 6.1. SWZ, the following services are included:

1) maintaining AI PENSIONER in operational efficiency, including the removal of errors and failures in the operation of the system,

2) ensuring compliance of the operation of the SI PENSIONER with the current legal status in the area of pension issues and in the area of rescue benefits, adapting the SI PENSIONER to the generally applicable law, defining the obligations of the Contracting Authority,

3) modifying the AI PENSIONER according to the needs of the Ordering Party,

4) migration service of AI PENSIONER running on OVM platform to Oracle Linux KVM platform.

3. Detailed description and manner of execution of the order shall be provided with the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), which is Annex 1 to the SWZ.
