The subject of the contract is the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste indicated in the contract description from real estate located in the municipality of Rabka-Zdrój, where residents live, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste and reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill.

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste indicated in the contract description from real estate located in the municipality of Rabka-Zdrój, where residents live, in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste and reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469) and the currently applicable executive acts to the above Act, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels of reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill and the method of calculating the level of weight reduction of this waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412), Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 3 August 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530), Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 3 August 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste and the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, adopted by resolution of the Regional Assembly of the Malopolska Region No. XXV/397/12 of 2 July 2012 as amended. changes on the adoption of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for Małopolska for 2016-2022 with a perspective until 2030.

2. The contractor collecting municipal waste from property owners must meet the requirements contained in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122).
