The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the creation of the Virtual Didactics Platform (PWD) of the Wrocław University of Economics, and then its implementation and integration with other systems of the Wrocław University of Economics, described in detail in Annex 3 to SWZ Description of the subject of the contract

The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the creation of the Virtual Didactics Platform (PWD) of the Wrocław University of Economics, and then its implementation and integration with other systems of the Wrocław University of Economics, described in detail in Annex 3 to SWZ Description of the subject of the contract.

2. The Contractor is obliged to fulfil the order under the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and in the annexes forming an integral part of the SWZ, including in particular in accordance with Annex No 3 to SWZ Description of the subject of the contract and Annex No 4 to the SWZ Model of the contract specifying the scope and conditions of provision services.
