Alver, Aurland, Austrheim, Austevoll, Fedje, Gulene, Masfjorden, Modalen, Osterøy, Samnanger, Vaksdal Municipalities have established a joint ICT operation company, IKT Nordhordland kommunalt oppgåvefellesskap (IKTNH).
The municipalities in the cooperation will procure a plan register.
The procurement must ensure a future-oriented professional plan register for the municipalities in the cooperation, and to the greatest extent possible, help to simplify, streamline, etc. the everyday lives of:
Employees, the public, officials, the business community and central authorities.
The offered solution must be ready for new services, be in the development process and the municipalities must be offered new technologies as and when they become available and are of interest.
There will also be requirements for the solution and contract to support increasingly closer cooperation between the different municipalities in all areas. This also includes areas such as competence sharing, training and exchange of experience.
We require that the tenderer actively contributes to achieving all of our aims.

The functionality must be available in accordance with the simplest possible price model that does not limit development, and with the greatest possible integration between different services and technologies.
There will also be requirements for the solution and contract to support increasingly closer cooperation between the different municipalities in all areas. This also includes areas such as competence sharing, training and exchange of experience.
