Explanation plots:

The contract is subdivided into the following lots:

Lot 1: printing and folding of the Halo newsletter

Four newsletters are issued a year. Each edition includes 12 pages and a prize is requested for one edition.

Plot 2: printing the MLSO annual report

One edition per year will be provided. A prize will be requested for one edition.

Lot 3: printing of various ad hoc printing for MLSO

Price is requested for various forms of printing (see technical provisions).

Lot 4: Sending 1 edition of the Halo newsletter to all mailboxes from the defined region (see technical provisions)

Prize will be requested for sending 1 edition of the Halo newsletter to all mailboxes from the defined region (see technical provisions).

The assignment is closed for a period of 1 year, but in principle the plots can all be tacitly renewed three times.
