Greenfields is seeking a Contractor to provide a Grounds Maintenance and Gritting/Snow clearance service that will include but is not limited to:

— Grass cutting,

— Hedge cutting,

— Bed maintenance,

— Maintenance of hard standing areas both solid and paved using sweepers and chemical spray to control weed,

— Provision, establishment and maintenance of summer and winter bedding to a selection of sites,

— Basic tree maintenance to ensure low hanging branches and sucker growth do not obstruction pedestrians or grass cutting operations,

— Option to undertake Supported Garden Maintenance in tenant’s private gardens, where required,

— Watering and establishment of new turf and planting at our new build sites,

— Gritting and Snow clearance services (November-May).
