The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of all types of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Ropczyce Municipality, in the period from 01 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels: preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the applicable regulations, in particular the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities, the Act on Waste, and in accordance with the Regulations for Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Municipality of Ropczyce in force within the scope of the contract and not contrary to the current wording of the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities.
1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of all types of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Ropczyce Municipality, in the period from 01 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels: preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the applicable regulations, in particular the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities, the Act on Waste, and in accordance with the Regulations for Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Municipality of Ropczyce in force within the scope of the contract and not contrary to the current wording of the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities. The subject of the order includes 5689 pcs. real estate, including 5607 in the area of single-family and homestead housing and multi-family housing outside the city (referred to as "MN, MR") and 82 in the area of multi-family housing in the city of Ropczyce (referred to as "MW"), specified in Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference – draft agreement.
2. On the basis of the quantities of municipal waste received in the Municipality of Ropczyce in previous periods, the mass of individual types of municipal waste, during the period of execution of the contract, shall be estimated:
1/ Collection, transport and management of municipal waste without waste from PSZOK:
a) paper (including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste) – 116 Mg,
b) metals, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-material packaging waste – 470 Mg,
c) glass – 400 Mg,
d) bioodpady (bio)- 70 Mg,
e) cold ash – 60 Mg,
f) unsegregated (mixed) – 2805 Mg.
2/ Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from PSZOK;
a) paper (including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste) – 11 Mg,
b) metals, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-material packaging waste – 18 Mg,
c) glass – 11 Mg,
d) bio-waste, including parts of plants from the care of green areas, gardens and home parks – 95 Mg,
e) cold ash – 85 Mg,
f) waste tires – 45 Mg,
g) bulky waste – 135 Mg,
h) construction and demolition waste – 105 Mg,
i) waste batteries and accumulators – 0.1 Mg,
j) waste electrical and electronic equipment – 21 Mg,
k) expired drugs – 0.2 Mg,
l) waste not eligible as medical waste, which was generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes – 0.1 Mg,
m) municipal waste oils and liquid fuel wastes without edible oils – 0.1 Mg,
n) paints and paint packaging – 0.1 Mg,
o) clothing, textiles – 0.1 Mg.
3. The given amount of waste specified in point 2 is an estimated value determined on the basis of the amount of municipal waste collected in the Municipality of Ropczyce in previous periods. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the amount of waste collected and managed in relation to the amount specified in point 2, resulting from the actual amount of collected and managed waste. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim for reducing the amount of waste specified in point 2. Any change in the estimated quantity specified in point 2 will not result in additional costs for the Ordering Party, apart from settlement for the actual amount of waste collected and managed according to unit prices specified in the contract. The occurrence of the circumstances referred to will result in a corresponding reduction or increase in the remuneration due to the Contractor under the Agreement.
