Installation and implementation of HRM software with social secretariat (full service) for the period 2024-2028, then renewable annually. Start date payroll and personnel management 01/01/2024, with graduated implementation of the software for the Soft HR.
The Social Secretariat provides a HRM system to support the following HR processes:
-Payroll
- Loonmotor
-Budget
- Soft HR modules
The solution must be:
- Enable maximum self-service functionality for staff members and managers;
- Provide user-friendly dashboards and reports for the various stakeholders;
- Provide links with the accounting package;
- Link provided with Microsoft Azure AD;
- Provide a link with the existing time registration system (SDP), planning tool (Arinto).
- Make an API available (which enables links with solutions in the future).
The way of acquisition is rent via a cloud solution.
The following services must be provided to enable a smooth start-up:
- Functional analysis for parameterization;
- Analysis & development link Arinto planning tool (if not offered as standard)
- Analysis & development link SDP time registration (if not offered by default)
- Configuration and parameterization;
- Migration of the data from the current solution to the new solution;
- Training of employees;
- Standby at startup.
