The contract to be awarded is defined as follows:

• Supplying ICT Hardware (laptops, desktops, monitors, tablets) and accessories (mice, keyboards, etc.) for the benefit of the Client.

• Supplying laptops for the benefit of students of the Client in the context of the minimum scheme.

• Handling warranty and providing service on end-user hardware.

• Optional unpacking, placing, engraving, registering and/or stickering of end-user hardware.

• Providing a user-friendly webshop for ordering and approving orders.

Specific ICT resources for ICT training Technology & ICT and ergonomic resources are outside the scope.

The size of the assignment is a maximum of € 5,000,000 including VAT. The scope of the assignment has been determined as accurately as possible. If the specified size is realised earlier than the end date of the framework agreement, the contract will be re-tendered (prematurely). No rights can be derived from this amount.
