1. The Ordering Party commissions and the Contractor accepts for implementation the service of collection and management of municipal waste from property owners from the Nowy Wiśnicz Commune in the period from 01.01.2023. by 31.12.2023 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the Specification of the terms of the contract

1. The scope of the subject of the contract includes the collection and management of waste during the period covered by the contract: a) Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste collected respectively in containers or bags from residential buildings, exhibited on the collection route b) Selectively collected municipal waste, collected in appropriately marked bags from residential buildings, exhibited on the collection route, i.e.: • plastics, metal, multi-material packaging; • white and colored glass; • paper, cardboard; • bio-waste; • clothing, textiles; • furniture and other bulky waste; • hazardous (problematic) household waste (fluorescent lamps, light bulbs, used batteries, aerosol cans, chemicals, packaging of lubricants, oils, adhesives and other medical waste generated in the household, e.g. syringes and needles, etc.). c) Separately collected waste delivered by their own means of transport by residents to the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, including: • furniture and other bulky waste; • used tyres; • construction and demolition waste; • waste electrical and electronic equipment; • hazardous (problematic) household waste (fluorescent lamps, light bulbs, used batteries, aerosol cans, chemicals, packaging of lubricants, oils, adhesives and other medical waste generated in the household, e.g. syringes and needles, etc.). • wood • other unlisted fractions collected selectively including slags, ashes. d) Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from public areas as part of the "Cleaning the World" campaigns carried out twice a year in the commune. The planned amount of collected waste from this type of action is estimated at about 1 Mg during the duration of the contract. e) Expired medicines collected from pharmacy outlets in the municipality. 2.
