The sports hall of the Georg-August-Zinn-Schule in Reichelsheim in the Odenwald is in urgent need of renovation. It is integrated between school buildings and outdoor sports areas. The school's own swimming pool is attached to the southern corner. An extension is also planned as part of this renovation measure. It is a funding project under the Municipal Investment Program II.
We are looking for a general planner or a consortium who plans the services of architecture, structural planning, technical building equipment (electrical planning and heating, ventilation, sanitation), fire protection planning and building physics planning (thermal insulation, building / room acoustics) and according to all service phases according to HOAI up to Commissioning.
A feasibility study for the renovation is available which assumes total investment costs of approximately 4,700,000 million net.
A total investment amount of approximately EUR 1 180 000 net is assumed for the new / extension building to create new functional rooms.
Awarding the general planning of architectural services Lph. 1-9 according to §34 HOAI, structural engineering Lph. 1-6 acc. § 51 HOAI, technical building equipment (electrical planning and HLS planning Lph. 1 -9 according to § 55 HOAI, building physics planning according to Annex 1.2 (to §3 (1) HOAI 2013) and fire protection concept, a two-stage VgV procedure is carried out The negotiations should be selected for 3-5 bidders.
Planning / construction time frame:
Planning begins immediately after the contract is awarded on June 24, 2020. Rapid provision of all planning services with corresponding lead times for permits, tenders and orders for a start of construction approx. 04/2021 and binding overall completion by 10/2022 at the latest.
