Bergen municipality, c/o the Agency for buildings and properties, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest in connection with a general contracting for Skansemyren nursery school.

The nursery school that shall be constructed is located in Ole Irgens vei 90, Bergenshus land number 166, part of land numbers 22, 202, 203 and 241 etc. C.f. the zoning plan 19360000 area B. The nursery school shall have a capacity for 60 children. The gross area of the building is approx. 975 m² and the outdoor areas which are purposed for play and stay have an area of 1 800 m². A parking area, a foot and cycle path and a hike track shall also be constructed.

The scope, location and other physical frames are given in the approved zoning plan, and in other contract documents (see annex).
