The objective is to enter into a framework agreement on electro installation in connection with development, production and renovation of special containers, etc. at FLO Vedlikehold (FLO Maintenance) in Horten.

The duration of the framework agreement is 1 year from the contract date. The buyer retains the right to a unilateral extension of the framework agreement 1 or more times on verbatim terms, up until 36 months.

N. B: It is only for the 1st year of the framework agreement that FLO Vedlikehold is familiar with the quantity of assignments that will come from the various departments of The Armed Forces. Furthermore, there is much emerging need. On this basis, it is uncertain to what degree there will be a need to extend the framework agreement, if necessary, for how long or to what extent call-offs on the framework agreement could be done after the 1st year if the framework agreement is extended.

The value of the procurement is estimated to be between 1 500 000 NOK and 2 500 000 NOK, excluding VAT for the 1st year. It is very difficult to specify how large the value of the procurement could be in the following 36 months.
