NS wants to realize a new wheelset hall, bogie shed and wheelset factory on its site in Haarlem.

NS intends to grant the Contract to, in particular by concluding:

• a consultant agreement for the (design) work to be carried out by the contractor, and

• a construction team agreement (incl. waiver)

with a contractor who will prepare the construction of the new wheelset hall, bogie shed and wheelset factory in Haarlem, together with other parties in a construction team. The Construction Team provides specifications.

Subsequently, the contractor may be the first to make an offer for the implementation phase.

If it is a suitable offer, a building contract is concluded with the contractor for the realization of the work. In addition to the construction contract, a coordination agreement will also be concluded with the contractor with all parties involved who work together with the aim of carrying out the work.
