Supply of electricity for the entities indicated in Annex 1.a to the ToR - part 1 - street lighting

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with applicable provisions, quality standards of the EP Act and implementing regulations, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on special conditions for the functioning of the power system for the subjective consumption points taking part in the proceedings, the list of which is in Annex 1.a.


Supply of electricity for the entities indicated in Annex 1.b to the ToR - part 2 - Tariff Cxx and Gxx other facilities.

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with applicable provisions, quality standards of the EP Act and implementing provisions, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on the special conditions for the functioning of the power system for the subjective consumption points taking part in the proceedings, the list of which is Annex 1.b to the ToR.


Supply of electricity for the entities indicated in Annex 1.c to the ToR - part 3 - Bxx tariff other facilities

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with applicable provisions, quality standards of the EP Act and implementing provisions, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on the special conditions for the functioning of the power system for the subjective consumption points taking part in the proceedings, the list of which is Annex 1.c to the ToR.


Supply of electricity for the entities indicated in Annex 1.d to the ToR - Part 4 - Photovoltaics (PV)

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with applicable provisions, quality standards of the EP Act and implementing provisions, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on the special conditions for the functioning of the power system for the subjective consumption points taking part in the proceedings, the list of which is Annex 1.d to the ToR.
