1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services of breeding and rearing laboratory animals, for a period of 1 year, hereinafter referred to as the "Service", in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

A detailed Description of the Order Item is an integral part of the description of the Order Item.

The subject of the contract is the provision of laboratory animal breeding and rearing services for a period of 1 year, hereinafter referred to as the "Service", in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

A detailed Description of the Order Item is an integral part of the description of the Order Item.

At the latest on the day of commencement of the provision of services, the Contractor shall provide the Contracting entity with a list of persons delegated by the Contractor to provide animal husbandry services indicated in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract. This list should include, in particular: names and surnames of these persons and an indication of their professional education (i.e. veterinary technician, veterinarian, zootechnician, biologist or biotechnologist).
