1) The subject of the contract is the execution of a planned overhaul of the Rolls-Royce (RR) gas engine installed in the cogeneration facility at Weteranów 13, 84-200 Wejherowo
2) A power generator with auxiliary devices and installations is installed in the building. The generator consists of a gas engine connected by a clutch to a generator set on a common steel frame. The engine of the aggregate is a stationary four-stroke engine working in the Otto cycle with lean fuel combustion. It is a B35:40v16AG type engine, having 16 cylinders in a forklift system, water-cooled with supercharging of two turbochargers driven by exhaust gases.

4) The scope of the contract includes in particular:
(a) Scheduled Engine Overhaul (RR) in accordance with the Manufacturer's Maintenance Schedule (RMS) after 45 000 mth has been completed, including:
- execution of crankshaft springing,
- repair of cylindrical heads along with repair of gas valves,
- replacement of high voltage cables, spark plugs,
- replacement of crank bearings,
- verification of connecting rods and pistons,
- measurement of crank journals,
- Dismantling cylindrical sleeves – measurements and honing,
- inspection of frame bearings – 2 pcs.,
- inspection of timing bearings – 2 pcs.,
- repair of the HT/LT water pump.
- repair of the swing regulator drive,
- cleaning centrifugal oil filter,
- cleaning of the main oil filters,
- replacement of fuel bar bearings,
- cleaning the crankcase and engine block,
- replacement of the crank ventilation filter,
- inspection and cleaning of the oil mist detector,
- replacement of seals in explosion-proof engine crankcase flaps,
- replacement of side flap o-rings and camshaft covers.
b) purchase, delivery and assembly of an additional set of spare parts for the engine, i.e.:
- Cylinder head - 3 pcs.
- Connecting rod bearings:
Pair of main bearings - 10 pcs.
Thrust washer - 2 pcs.
Connecting rod bush - 16 pcs.
-Driveline:
Piston - 6 pcs.
- Camshaft:
Half bearing pan - 40 pcs.
c) overhaul of two turbochargers mounted on the engine, i.e.:
- disassembly and assembly of turbochargers,
- overhaul of turbochargers - purchase, delivery and assembly of spare parts in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and requirements,
- replacement of the VTG module (replacement every 15,000 hours, it is allowed to use a regenerated module),
- performing test tests in the workshop and during engine operation,
- adjustment of devices after engine start-up.
d) preparation and submission to the Ordering Party of acceptance documents referred to in §9 section 13 of the Model Agreement.
