This is a framework agreement with subsequent multi-awarded contracts. The framework agreement shall be concluded with at least 3 holders and a maximum of 4 holders. The framework agreement does not include a minimum but includes a maximum of €300,000 excluding VAT/duration of the contract.

In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 93-1418 of 31 December 1993 and the texts implemented, this framework agreement and its subsequent contracts concern the performance of a coordination mission in the field of Safety and Protection of Workers' Health (SPS), defined in Articles L.4531-1 et seq., L.4532-2 et seq. and L.4534-1 et seq. of the Labour Code, for the design and implementation phases relating to category 1, 2 and 3 operations, within the meaning of Article R.4532-1 of the Labour Code.
