The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting of wood and securing crops by erecting fences, meadow and agricultural management, nursery, seeds, maintenance of forest facilities, and other works in the field of forest management to be performed in the Rudnik Forest District in 2023.

The performance of services in particular concerns: logging, skidding, forest breeding, forest protection, crop protection, fire protection, meadow and agricultural management, maintenance of forest facilities and other works in the field of forest management, described in Annex 2 to the SWZ respectively for this part. The contracting authority does not allow further division of the contract. The amount of works (activities) planned to be performed in given locations (forest addresses) where the implementation of the subject of the contract under a given Package is planned is preliminary and may change (both increase and decrease) during the execution of the order. Value of the basic contract /excl. similar services and the maximum value and reduction as well as without the ordering party's own materials) were estimated at: PLN 3301350.13 excluding VAT. The estimated maximum value in point II.2.6 includes the order of similar services as well as the possibility of completing the contract in the amount of 120 %.

In view of the actual natural weather situation that may occur during the execution of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, enhancement adjustments, new location, as well as pausing the steps indicated in each line of tables describing the subject of the order.

The Contractor may entrust the execution of elements (parts) of the object of the contract to subcontractors In the event of an intention to execute the subject of a contract involving subcontractors, the contractor shall be obliged to indicate in his offer the parts of the contract (tangible ranges) the execution of which he intends to entrust to the subcontractor and the subcontractor to the contractor. This indication should be placed on the Offer. In the absence of an indication in the Subcontracting Offer, the contractor will be able to introduce the subcontractor only under the conditions laid down in the Contractor in accordance with Article 95 of the PZP requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the activities in the scope of the execution of the contract consisting in the acquisition and retraction of wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of work in the manner laid down in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (text: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended).

The estimated maximum value in point II.2.6 includes the order of similar services as well as the possibility of completing the contract in the amount of 120 %.

Value of the basic contract /excl. similar services and the maximum value and reduction as well as without the ordering party's own materials) were estimated at the amount of: PLN 157390.92 excluding VAT. The estimated maximum value in point II.2.6 includes the order of similar services as well as the possibility of completing the contract in the amount of 120 %.
