The City of Kangasala requests that you register as the main contractor candidate for the construction of the Pikkola unit for small children project. The construction work of the Pikkola Small Children's Unit (Pikkolan PLY) will be carried out as a co-operation contract in accordance with this contract notice and its annexes.

The City of Kangasala (hereinafter referred to as the Client) will build the Pikkola Small Children Unit project as a cooperative project management contract.

The object of the procurement is the construction services of Pikkola's small children's unit, which will be performed by the Main Contractor (= the company responsible for the provision of services for the construction of the project and the responsibilities, obligations and tasks of the main contractor and main contractor of the project, which are described in the appendices to this contract notice). The contract form is a co-operation contract (YTU), the more detailed ideology, spirit and content of which are described in the attached Construction Programme.
