The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Wieliszew Municipality divided into 2 parts:

Part 1 - Collection of waste from residential properties

Part 2 - Collection of waste from facilities subordinate to the Wieliszew Municipality and from the area of the Municipality

The subject of the contract within the scope of Lot 1 is the collection and management of municipal waste from the properties where residents live, as indicated in the description of the contract, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and the reduction of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill and in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and Order in municipalities as amended, the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste as amended, the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Wieliszew Municipality and other provisions of statutory and local law.

The subject of the contract within the scope of Lot 2 is the collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the description of the subject of the contract from uninhabited properties located in the Wieliszew Municipality and from the areas of the Municipality where municipal waste is generated:
