The competition is for a framework agreement for the procurement of the following:

• Operation and maintenance of servers and SAN storage

• Operation and maintenance of networks

• Operation and maintenance of video meeting rooms

• Licences and software

The framework agreement will be valid for 4 years, with an option for an extension for 2 years.

The procurement has a value of approx. NOK 20 million. There is uncertainty connected to the total value.

Daily IT operations are carried out by employees in-house, but we purchase services as needed. Experience and competence to provide the specified services are an important part of the basis.

The aim of this contest is to enter into a framework agreement with a complete supplier of IT products and services, based on our stated needs. User equipment such as PCs, monitors, mobile devices and similar equipment are not included in this agreement, as they are purchased through a joint government agreement.

Separate contracts can be signed within the framework agreement for stand-by, service, maintenance and other related services.
