Details of the tasks entrusted to the holder are set out in the specifications. The procedure is divided into two distinct phases:- an application phase at the end of which the candidates admitted to submit a tender will be selected- a tender phase at the end of which the successful tenderer(s) will be chosen. At the end of the consultation, no bonus will be paid to candidates admitted to provide benefits and not retained
