The subject of the contract is the execution of a construction, executive design and bill of quantities for the reconstruction of the N/C gas network along Gen. Andersa Avenue on the section from Okulickiego Street to Szajnowicza-Iwanowa Street and on the Ostrich Street in Krakow. The project should be developed according to Technical Conditions No: PSGKR. ZMSM. 763.1107317/21-1.1.22 of 09.03.2022, issued by Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o., Branch Gas Plant in Krakow.

(the given length of the planned gas pipeline is an estimated quantity and may change in the event of a change in formal, legal and/or environmental conditions; The Contracting Authority allows an increase in the length of the gas pipeline by 1.5% as part of the Contractor's remuneration); whereby:

2. Detailed scope of work:

a) execution of a construction, executive design and bill of quantities for the reconstruction of the N/C gas network along Gen. Andersa Avenue on the section from Okulickiego Street to Szajnowicza-Iwanowa Street and on the Strusia Street in Krakow. The project should be developed according to Technical Conditions No: PSGKR. ZMSM.763.1107317/21-1.1.22 of 09.03.2022, issued by Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o., Oddział Zakład Gazowniczy w Krakowie;

b) development of projects for the reconstruction of construction works interfering with the designed gas network (including, among others: roads, pavements) required by appropriate decisions and arrangements;

c) making the necessary arrangements (and/or obtaining decisions, provisions) with utilities users, owners of land, real estate or competent public administration bodies.

- agreement with the relevant services, institutions, offices of location, conditions for land occupation, restoration, etc. and obtaining the necessary administrative decisions in this respect, if such are required for the implementation of the Agreement;

(d) if necessary, to agree on the designed facilities in the conservation or nature protection zone;

e) obtaining by the Contractor other decisions and arrangements, including at the coordination meeting, which are required by law and necessary to obtain a final building permit or notification of the commencement of works, to which the authority has not objected, in order to enable the implementation of the planned investment;

f) obtaining for and on behalf of the Ordering Party a final decision on the building permit or notification of the commencement of works, to which the authority has not objected.
