A contract to provide refuse collection and related services to North Norfolk District Council, the Borough Council of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk and Breckland District Council (collectively ‘the Authorities’). The contract includes but is not limited to collection and disposal of refuse, recycling and green waste from domestic properties, the provision of trade waste services, depot services, grounds maintenance and street cleansing. The aim of the procurement was to recognise the efficiencies that can be achieved through a cross border service.

This procurement has followed the competitive procedure with negotiation as set out in Regulation 29 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended).
