Brakar would like to procure a market information system (MIS) in order to maintain public transport operations at a high quality level.
The assignment will include the development, administration, and maintenance of the electronic reporting tool, customer interviews, and reports.
The assignment includes, amongst other things:
• development and operation of an internet portal;
• implementation of customer satisfaction measurements — quarterly;
• implementation of questionnaires — annually;
• reporting all results.
