The subject of this contract is: a service consisting in:

1) insurance of civil liability of motor vehicle owners,

2) Assistance insurance,

3) AutoCasco insurance.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 7 to this SWZ. Lists of buses and other vehicles to be insured as at the date of initiation of proceedings are included in Annexes 9 and 10 to this SWZ. The conditions for the provision of insurance services must comply with the principles set out in Annex 12 to the SWZ (Draft Agreement)
