The subject of the order is the supply of metallic lead dross resulting from pyrometallurgical processes carried out in the direct production of batteries. The Employer does not provide for the acceptance of lead dross arising in the refining process in this procedure, due to arsenic pollution occurring in such materials at a level disturbing the Employer's individual technological process.
Chemical characterization of the material being the subject of the contract in terms of content of essential elements:
- Pb min. 85.0%,
- As max. 0.5%
- Sb max. 5.0%,
- Bi max. 0.01%.
In the scope of deliveries under the order, metallic dross of lead as loose lumps and clots, with the participation of fine-cut and / or dusty form, is allowed, provided that the above chemical composition parameters are maintained. It is also allowed to press molds of the base material with a maximum permissible briquette size of up to 200 mm.

Quantity covered by the contract: 75 tonnes on average per month, in deliveries from 50 to 100 tonnes per month.
Total quantity delivered: 750 tonnes over the duration of the contract.
Packaging and transport: Loose, covered or in Bigbags. Delivery of material in containers owned by the Contractor is allowed, based on separate rules specifying the procedure for their return.
The material will be delivered by road transport.
Deliveries will be made at the cost and responsibility of the Contractor using his own means of transport or at his disposal. The Contractor is responsible for maintaining legal transport conditions for the subject of the contract.
Deliveries will be made based on the following algorithm:
1) notification to the Employer by the Contractor of information about readiness to complete the delivery of material in a specified quantity;
2) confirmation by the Employer of the demand for the quantity reported, no later than 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of information about readiness to complete deliveries, indicating the day of delivery;
3) delivery to the Employer, with prior notification of transport to the Employer.
The cost of loading, transport and insurance for transport is borne by the Contractor. Unloading the subject of the contract belongs to the Employer. The Purchaser has the right to refuse acceptance of the material in cases of:
a) when it is delivered in the form of packaging agreed with the Employer but in a way that technically prevents unloading, or threatens the environment, health and life of persons (damaged pallets, damaged and leaking flexible containers or containers, etc.);
b) statement of significant contamination with foreign material not having any technological usefulness in the process for which the correct supplied material is used;
c) when it is suspected that material transport is not legal - in particular this situation concerns the supply of lead material from abroad, the import of which was carried out without the relevant documents required by the international waste shipment regulations.
If the refusal to accept the material relates to material constituting waste imported from abroad, the Contractor and the Ordering Party regarding the complaint procedure or return of the material are obliged to follow the procedures arising from the provisions on international waste shipment.
The contractor is obliged to provide transport of the subject of the contract in accordance with applicable law. The subject of the order will be delivered by a person with appropriate permissions. The contractor is obliged to provide the transport service of the subject of the contract in accordance with the international convention on the carriage of dangerous goods and dangerous goods by road - ADR. In addition, if the material will have the status of waste, also in accordance with the applicable Waste Act and the applicable Environmental Protection Act.
