As part of the contract, the candidate undertakes to:
a) design and carry out Energy Performance Improvement Actions (AAPE), in accordance with good practice and in accordance with the prescriptions and standards set by the CSCH, negotiated where applicable;
b) maximize, through the design and implementation of AAPE, energy savings and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions;
c) Design and carry out the AAPE as quickly as possible so that the PAB can benefit from energy savings as quickly as possible on the buildings targeted by the work;
d) train the technical staff of the PAB in the proper management of the installations set up by the candidate.
