The purpose of this contract is to carry out lot 0B-2 “Purchase and rental of basic life MOE”: the purchase of modular buildings: BV MOE (offices and amenities) & common premises (changing rooms, refectories, sanitary facilities) and the rental of additional modules, as an option, for the needs of the CIRCE project on behalf of CEA Cadarache.

The firm share is broken down into two lump sum positions:

— item 1: general benefits (flat rate):

—— site installation: BV of the holder;

—— delineation of areas of activity on the ground, determination of right-of-way area, preparation of work areas (cleaning, shrubbing);

—— general organisation of the case;

—— studies, DOE, final records;

— item 2: purchase of modular buildings (flat rate).

Various buildings and modules used as Base Life (BV) are available for the CIRCE project/construction site, namely:

— base life of the MOE: offices of the EMOE ECA and its assistance, with a firm purchase of 36 modules on two floors;

— common premises: six modules in two meeting rooms, and upstairs six H-F locker rooms/sanitary modules;

— MOE storage rooms, two large modules + half module

— a module/room for guarding the site area, + barriers and transfer airlocks;

— three communication room modules.

The optional share is broken down as follows:

— item 3 — additional modular buildings for rent (estimated):

—— sub-item 3.1: rental within 20 months of 16 additional modules (on two floors) for the premises used by the EMOE;

—— sub-item 3.2: leasing within 18 months of five to eight additional modules for common premises (changing rooms, sanitary, dining rooms);

—— sub-item 3.3: lease within a nine-month limit of three additional modules for infirmary use;

—— sub-item 3.4: lease within 20 months of three additional modules for use by the BTC.

The estimated share for non-package additional benefits is based on the scenario defined in the BPU.
