Hamar kommune [Hamar Municipality] on behalf of ‘Nasjonalt kommunesamarbeid for 110-sentralene IKS’ [the National Municipal Cooperation for the 110 exchanges IKS] invites tenderers to participate in a tender contest for procurement of a partner contract for establishing and supplementing technical infrastructure in the form of consultancy services and the purchase of machinery and software.

The contracting authority is a newly established entity, ‘Nasjonalt kommunesamarbeid for 110-sentralene IKS’ [National Municipal Cooperation for the 110 exchanges], that will function as a contracting party and the customer in the contract with the supplier.

 ‘Nasjonalt kommunesamarbeid for 110-sentralene IKS’ has procured a new assignment management tool. During April 2021, an contract has been entered into with the chosen supplier of the new tool, and there are guidelines for the design of the 110 exchanges' technical platform. This gives the contracting authority the opportunity to design a national ICT system for the 110 exchanges, and we want to use this procurement to enter into a partner contract with a supplier who can assist in both design and delivery of the infrastructure for this purpose.
