The subject of the contract is the implementation of an ERP class system in a unit of the Municipality of the City of Gdańsk based on the technology provided by the Ordering Party.

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the solution in the financial and accounting area as well as in the area of human resources and payroll as part of the Gdańsk Education Platform. The subject of the contract consists of a basic order and a contract covered by the option right.

2. The subject of the order includes:

1) Basic scope (in IPU: Basic Scope of the Agreement):

a) carrying out analytical work as part of the Analysis (Step 1);

b) Implementation of the System (Stage 2);

(c) the implementation of the Stabilisation of the System (Step 3).

2) Optional scope (in IPU: Optional Scope of the Agreement):

a) provision of Maintenance Services (Stage 4);

b) provision of Ordered Services (Stage 5).

3. A detailed description of the subject of the order, quantity and terms of implementation is specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order ("OPZ") and the Essential Provisions of the Agreement ("IPU").

4. The proposed provisions of the public procurement contract in these proceedings are contained in the Essential Provisions of the Agreement ('IPU').
