Coastline Housing are seeking a Contractor construct 71 Dwellings along with associated external works and services. The form of Contract will be JCT 2016 as amended and the tenderer should note that due to the stage of design development and lack of a Detailed Planning Permission some Contractors Design Portions (CDP) may be required.
