The three-winged building complex of the Fichtenberg Oberschule (FOS) consists of

from an east wing, a west wing and a north wing, which are over

a spacious hall (central building) are connected to each other.

The planned construction project includes the building of the Fichtenberg Oberschule

with the exception of the auditorium, the area of mid-level staff 3rd floor and DG and the

Outer shell of the east wing.

The advertised services include construction phase 2

(north wing).

Measures in the north wing:

-Manufacture and closing of openings and slots in ceilings and walls as a construction aid service for the MEP trades.

-Masonry renovation of house sponge

-Wall wech drying and repair

-Making a reinforced concrete staircase in the entrance area, TRH C

-Construction of an elevator underpass in the stair eye basement

-Production of a pump sump made of reinforced concrete

-Manufacture of reinforced concrete beams as coatings

-Manufacture of reinforced concrete ceiling with 5 steps in TRH C, GROUND FLOOR

-Production of reinforced concrete floor slab in TRH C and technical room UG

-Manufacture of concrete foundations

-Earthworks for underpinnings, elevator underpass and new pump sump

-Steel beams to accommodate the on-site elevator shaft construction

-Underpinning of existing foundations
